Christmas pin-ups have been a thing since the start of the 20th century. The modern depiction of Christmastime – a tree decorated with Christmas ornaments, presents underneath its branches, and typically standing beside a fireplace – is used in these pin-ups to set the time of year. The actual pin-up lady herself is usually one of two kinds: sexy wholesome, or sexy mischievous. Pin-up artists have used both examples to celebrate the festivities of this most wonderful time of the year, with some artists dabbling in both the naughty and nice side of their pin-up creations.
Of the many hundreds (probably thousands) of Christmas pin-ups that exist we’ve selected a small handful that show off these two sides of yuletide mirth and merriment. Whether you prefer your pin-ups to be from the nice or naughty side, all of these art pieces would give jolly Saint Nick something to remember on his sleigh ride.
